Titebond 111 Ultimate Wood Glue - 946ml
$49.00
DESCRIPTION
Titebond III has all the properties you want for making skateboards:
Forms a flexible glue line when dried, so it won't crack like more rigid (epoxy) glues
Waterproof – your veneer layers won’t separate if the board is exposed to moisture
Offers a longer working time (9 minutes) compared to other woodworking glues
Water-based – making cleanup easy and providing a safer alternative to epoxy-style glues

How To Use This Product
Follow the instructions in your kit or our tutorials, and use the recommended glue amounts based on the size of your veneer sheets.
Use the roller supplied with your complete kit, or for custom builds, use a 9” close-nap paint roller.
Roll out a thick - but not pooling - layer of glue on one side of the facing veneers. If you have time (or a helper), apply a thinner coat to lightly wet the opposite facing sheet.
Make sure no glue has dried before stacking the veneers and placing them into the Thin Air Press vacuum bag. Dried glue will not create a bond.
Titebond III has a longer working time (9 minutes) than most woodworking glues. However, if any glue dries before the stack is pressed in the TAP, those dry spots will result in delamination.
